COFQIQ-D Syrup is a specially formulated cough and cold medicine that combines Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride to provide effective relief from dry cough, nasal congestion, sneezing, watery eyes, and other symptoms associated with the common cold and upper respiratory allergies.
