Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to comply with applicable industry standards and regulations.
1. General Return Policy
Medicines and pharmaceutical products are generally not eligible for return or exchange once they have been delivered. This policy helps ensure product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Returns or replacements will only be considered under the circumstances outlined below.
2. Eligible Return Cases
A return or replacement request may be accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was supplied with a short expiry period (where not previously agreed).
- The product received does not match the confirmed order.
- The shipment is incomplete or contains missing items.
All requests are subject to verification and approval by Renisto Pharma.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Medicines returned after delivery due to change of mind.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products stored improperly after delivery.
- Products ordered incorrectly by the customer.
- Products without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
- Products returned after the specified reporting period.
- Temperature-sensitive products that have left our controlled supply chain, unless the issue is verified as our responsibility.
4. Reporting a Return
Customers must notify Renisto Pharma within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
When requesting a return, please provide:
- Invoice or Order Number
- Business Name
- Product Name
- Batch Number (if applicable)
- Quantity
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Requests received after the reporting period may not be eligible for return or replacement.
5. Inspection & Approval
After receiving your request, our team will review the information and may request additional details.
If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Products should not be returned without prior authorization from Renisto Pharma.
6. Refund Policy
Where a refund is approved, it may be processed through one of the following methods:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Credit note for future purchases.
- Replacement of the product.
- Adjustment against future invoices, where mutually agreed.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and banking procedures.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to an error by Renisto Pharma (such as incorrect, defective, or damaged products), we will bear the applicable return shipping costs.
- If the return request is rejected or does not qualify under this policy, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, if applicable.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled due to the nature of pharmaceutical products.
Renisto Pharma reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Regulatory compliance issues
- Incomplete business verification
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded.
9. Limitation of Liability
Renisto Pharma shall not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier partners.
- Improper storage or handling after delivery.
- Losses arising from misuse of products.
- Indirect or consequential damages resulting from returned or non-returnable products.
