Ristopime-T Injection is a sterile combination of Cefepime and Tazobactam formulated for intravenous (I.V.) and intramuscular (I.M.) administration. Cefepime is a fourth-generation cephalosporin antibiotic with broad-spectrum activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Tazobactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that protects Cefepime from enzymatic degradation by beta-lactamase-producing bacteria, enhancing its antibacterial effectiveness against resistant organisms.

This advanced antibiotic combination is used in the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections involving the respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, intra-abdominal infections, bloodstream infections, and febrile neutropenia.
