RIQICLAV Dry Syrup is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulation containing Amoxycillin and Potassium Clavulanate, specially designed for pediatric use. This combination provides effective antibacterial coverage against a wide range of susceptible bacteria responsible for common childhood infections. Amoxycillin works by inhibiting bacterial cell wall synthesis, while Potassium Clavulanate protects Amoxycillin from degradation by beta-lactamase enzymes, thereby extending its antibacterial activity against resistant organisms.

The dry syrup is reconstituted with sterile water before use, providing a palatable oral suspension that is easy to administer to infants and children. It is commonly prescribed for bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose and throat, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissues. Composition

Each 5 ml of reconstituted suspension contains:

• Amoxycillin (as Amoxycillin Trihydrate)
• Potassium Clavulanate (equivalent to Clavulanic Acid)
